Lost or Delayed Parcels

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or faulty

  • You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns/ exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace or refund it.
